At Dungeon, we want you to feel confident in your aesthetic, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. If your gear doesn't fit the vibe or the frame, we've made the reclamation process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Claim

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the quality of the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
